1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by MFS & Co. (including our laser engraving and PisoWifi network), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Laser Engraving Services

• Custom Orders: All custom engraved items are final sale. Because products are personalized to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
• Intellectual Property: By submitting a design for engraving, you warrant that you have the legal right and necessary licenses to use that design.

3. PisoWifi Network Usage

• Acceptable Use: Our PisoWifi network is provided for lawful use only. You may not use the network to transmit malware, engage in illegal downloading, or conduct unauthorized network monitoring.
• Service Availability: While we strive for 100% uptime, internet connectivity is provided "as is." We are not liable for any data loss, interruptions, or damages arising from network outages.

4. Modifications

MFS & Co. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
